The FSSC 22000 food safety management system certification provides a frame work for effectively managing the organisation’s food safety responsibilities. FSSC 22000 is fully recognised by Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI) and based on existing ISO standards. It demonstrates the company has a rubout food safety management system in place that meets the customers and consumers. The mission is to ensure consumer trust in supply of safe food and drinks.
The whole project is divided into three important parts:

2. Training of Systems
3. Implementation of Systems
4. Final Audit and Closure of Non-Conformances
Development of Systems: ISO system is a combination of different areas like People, Processes and Procedures. Each part has to be documented in terms of Procedural way. Once the program is developed, the staff has to be trained on documentation expectation followed by implementation on site.
