HACCP AWARENESS TRAINING

Level: 2 – Foundation Certificate in HACCP

Purpose

All employees of food business intended to implement the HACCP system will have adequate knowledge in basic HACCP and HACCP Principles for the successful implementation of the HACCP system in the business. The Foundation Certificate in HACCP is appropriate for all persons employed in food and food-related businesses who need to have an understanding of HACCP. It is particularly useful for those who involved in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP and individuals who intend to become, members of HACCP teams. MRS Consultants – HACCP Awareness Training in Dubai, Our candidates will be awarded international awarding body HABC UK certificates.

All food handlers engaged in food handling and involved with HACCP implementation.

HACCP Awareness Training

Training Approach

  • The HACCP Awareness training is a computer-based PowerPoint presentation with set in videos.
  • It is a 1-day training with 4 hours duration.
  • Which includes one coffee break (5 minutes) in a day.
  • It is a computer-based PowerPoint presentation with set in videos.
  • The examination will be conducted after finishing the training.
  • The maximum number of attendees should not exceed 20 nos. in each session.

Evaluation and certification
