It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any food or nonfood production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product. GMP covers all parts of generation from the beginning materials, premises and gear to the preparation and individual cleanliness of staff.

Itemized, composed methods are fundamental for each procedure that could influence the nature of the completed item. There must be systems to provide documented proof that correct procedures are consistently followed at each step in the manufacturing process every time is the product is manufactured.
